Ferozguda is located about 2 kms from Balanagar on the west and New Bowenpally on the east. Goutham Nagar is about 1 on the south and Seetharam Bagh colony is half km on the north.
Ferozguda is situated on the main Secunderabad - Balangar road which meets Hyderabad-Mumbai Highway enroute through Kukatplally, Chanda Nagar and BHEL Ramachandrapuram. BHEL (R&D) is just half km on the north-west and HAL and NRSA just another 1 km to the west. HMT factory is about 3 km towards the north on Narsapur road leading to Jeedimetla from Balanagar. Towards the South of Balanagar is Fathenagar.
Ferozguda is an education centre having four private high schools recognised by AP Govt. Besides there is Kendriya Vidayalaya and Air Force school just half km away and ISCE syllabus school also half km from Ferozguda.
