Bhaskara Rao, the President and. Correspondent of Sri Lokabandu Educational Society, Bobbili with exuberance and dedication to technical education.
Since its very inception the institution blooms with full fledged faculty, spacious buildings, for labs, library, hostels etc with out any compromise over standards and huge play ground for boys and girls, the avenue for extra circular activities.
The Engineering College popularly known as Thandra Paparaya Institute of Science and Technology was established by Sri Lokabandu Educational Society in the years 2001-2002 accepting a challenge.Dr.K.A.Rao, a retired professor of IIT,Kharagpur headed the Institution and under his efficient supervision and care academic segments of the Institution like faculty ,labs,library,accommodation etc were groomed and taken shape
