Additional Description of the Course
The teaching learning process includes lectures, case studies, interactive seminars, online resources, courtroom experience, court writing and courtroom workshops, group discussions, dissertations, role play activities, research projects. The course covers writing essays, critical analysis and evaluating medico-legal practice and reports. The assessments are continuous and comprises presentations, course work, assignments and exams. The program aims at providing comprehensive structure of legal systems related to healthcare issues. It helps in creating awareness of medico-legal practice and equips students with demonstration skills for working with different groups of the society.
