Job Description


The candidate should handle phone calls and make appointments from customers for servicing, check emails, assist with service advises, attend admin duties, set up site, maintenance and general work flow. The candidate should be able to create, maintain and update spreadsheets to provide data to call center staff.

Course Details


The candidates learn the history, basics and concepts of the call centre industry, work culture, customer handling skills, English grammar. Terminology used in industry, handling complaints, eligibility, recruitment and training of agent. The course includes housekeeping, maintenance, customer relationship, stress, anger, abuse management, focus on result, marketing and interviewing skills. The syllabus also covers listening, telephone, computer and operational skills. Word processing, MS word, Ms Excel, database, PowerPoint, internet, safety precautions and call centre equipment, maintenance of points and connections of equipment are included in training. The candidates will get opportunities to work and grow to international standards.

Requirements for the Certificate Course: The candidates should have passed 10 +2 examination.
