12th passes candidates who have pursued the same from a reputed institute are eligible for this course. The minimum qualifying marks and age criteria for admissions need to be checked fm the selected institute before submitting the application forms to avoid the rejection.
The duration is 3 to 4 years for this course and most of the institutes follow semester systems. Each semester is having 6 months duration and in such cases, 6-8 semesters need to be qualifies for completion of this course.

After this course, candidates interested in higher studies can go for post graduation in same in related specialization. They can study M.A., M.V.A or M.F.A in performing arts, sculptures, visual arts, film making, painting, Print making and many more options.
