You get to know about the historical significance of the applied art forms such as painting and sculpting that were practiced hundreds of years back and during the middle ages. You learn about the different techniques and materials that our ancestors used then and their relevance now in the present times. You also get to learn of the western art forms that were practiced in the middle ages and their influence in the Indian society and how they gradually got integrated to the Indian art scene.
