Internet science is an interdisciplinary science that deals with the evolution of the internet service networks and that of the society that we live in. While studying internet science and engineering, we get to touch upon aspects from a multitude of disciplines such as computer science, life sciences, physical sciences, engineering, mathematics, economics, psychology, anthropology, sociology, political science and even subjects from the humanities stream. You get to understand the role our societies and the above disciplines play in shaping the internet networks and vice versa. Studying internet science has its own importance, as it helps you in understanding how the entire system of internet works and how best to utilize it to shape our societies.

Eligibility and course duration


Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. Selections are through merit and entrance exams conducted by the institute or GATE score.
