Eligibility Criteria

  1. The students should hold a master's degree prior to studying this PhD.
  2. There is no restriction regarding the specialization subject in the master's degree. The only restriction is that a student applying for a PhD. Neuroscience must be from science stream. Since Neuroscience is a general course, students of medicine and surgery, or psychology or pharmacy or even engineering sciences can apply for this course.
  3. The students must secure a minimum of 60% marks in their master's degree. Some institutes also impose another restriction regarding the marks. In that case, a student must obtain minimum 55% marks in their higher secondary and graduation.
  4. All those students who fulfill these marks related criteria will be allowed to sit for the entrance examination.
  5. The students who successfully clear the entrance examination will be selected for the PhD. course. Sometimes, if the number of candidates clearing the examination is much higher than the PhD. seats available, then a personal interview is conducted. with those students.
