Master of Technology in Computer Science Technology is a 2 years postgraduate course which combines both computer science and eletrical engineering. This course includes both software and hardware aspecs of computer applications and computer design.
Minimum eligibility required to apply for the admission to the Master of Technology in Computer Science Technology course is to qualify in the Bachelor's Degree (B.E/ B.Tech) or MCA/ M.Sc. in relevant subject from a recognized university with minimum aggregate of 55% to 60% marks.
Admission to this course will be given based on candidates performance in the state level or national level entrance examinations like Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE), Joint Management Entrance Test (JMET), National Eligibility Test (NET), Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) etc. Some of the reputed colleges will conduct their own entrance examinations. They may also conduct group discussions followed by personal interview.
