Introduction to B.A in Geography
The under graduate course in geography exposes the students to in-depth knowledge about the earth’s structure formation, civilizations, continents, the rivers, oceans, vegetations, habitats. Geography deals with the study of the earth and its features. Studying the subject geography the student gains an understanding about the meteorology, geomorphology, biogeography and zoogeography. The students explore the areas of physical geography, its importance, its uses and the impact of climatic conditions, the natural hazards like floods, earthquakes, tsunamis, hurricanes,cyclones.
