Pre-meeting e-mail

Author:     Member Level: Silver    Points: 8 (Rs 8)

After telephonic discussion and before the final meeting, it is always advisable to write a pre-meeting e-mail to the client. You can also attach some informative PPT deck/corporate brochure that would provide useful insight beforehand. And at the same time, you can also ask for any other information that he would be interested in knowing.

Sample Usage

Dear Mr./Mrs.…

It was a pleasure speaking with you the other day.
I appreciate you taking time to discuss the possible opportunities with our company and I welcome the opportunity to demonstrate our company's uniqueness to your advantage.

Please find attached our corporate brochure, which will give you some insights into our ways of working. Do let me know if you want any other information before we meet.

I look forward to our meeting on (this Tuesday, 25th May 2010).

Kind regards
