Difference between 'Seasonable' and 'Timely'

Seasonable
Seasonable means 'in keeping with the season' or 'occurring in good time'.

Timely
Timely means 'occurring at the right time'.


Sample Usage

Seasonable
1. The seasonable months endow.
2. A hard but seasonable frost.
3. Seasonable clothes.

Timely
1. But for his timely help i would have been ruined.
2. Your arrival was most timely.
