Servitude
Servitude means 'state of being a slave'

Servility
Servility means 'state of quality of being slavish, cringing'.


Sample Usage

Servitude
1. Though some countries of the world are in a state of servitude.
2. Their lives were spent in servitude.

Servility
1. They should not fall into a state of servility.
2. See servile.
