Difference between 'antic' and 'antique'

The meaning of 'antic' is an act of a clown, or to behave amusingly.

The meaning of "antique" is any old or ancient piece of furniture or
decorative object.



Sample Usage

Sentence: Her antics were enjoyed by her friends.


Sentence: The furniture that he purchased from the exhibition was an antique priced at over 1 lakh of rupees.
