11. Explain the fourteen steps of deming's philosophy for improving quality ,productivity and competitiveness
12 (a) (i) What are the customer perception of quality ? Explain
(ii) Explain the service quality with its charecteristics and expectations

(b) (i) Explain the basic techniques used for measuring performance.
(ii) If the deming wheel rotates, improvement is assured . Explain deming's wheel
13(a) (i) Explain the tree diagram and arrow diagram

(b) In the mnufacture of connecting rodes assembly the number of defectives found in the inspecton of 15v samples of 50 items in each sample are given in the following table
