4. Write the temperature dependence equation of a diode.
5. Mention the significance of varactor diode.
6. What is photovoltaic effect?
7. Define current amplification factor in transistor.
8. Define mutual conductance of FET.
9. Define Schottky effect.
10. What is the function of snubber circuit in SCR?

11. (a) Describe the motion of a charged particle in electrostatic field using
parellel plate diode. (16)
