Distinguish between admission and confession. 3. What is hearsay evidence ? When the hearsay evidence is admissible under the Indian Evidence Act. 4. Define dying declaration. Explain the essentials and evidenciary value of dying declaration. 5. Who is competent to give evidence ? Explain the law relating to competency and compellability of witness. 6. ?The improper admission or rejection of evidence shall not be a ground of itself for a new trial or reversal of any decision in any case?. - Discuss. The total value is Rs. 4,00,000. Seetharaman decided to donate the land alongwith the house to his grandson Sankaramurali, S/o.
