1. Discuss the salient features of service marketing.
2. Explain the advertisement policy in marketing of education services.
3. Explain the concept of innovative education with illustration.
4. What are the items you include in fee structure of Teacher Education?
5. State a few promotional strategies with reference to higher secondary education.
6. Explain student support services with examples.
7. How will you assure quality in education?
8. Explain the strategy to provide quality assurance in teaching.
PART B — (4 × 15 = 60 marks)
Answer any FOUR questions.
9. Define internal marketing. Discuss to what extent internal marketing has provided employment to the students.
10. Define – quality assurance in education. Discuss the role of any agency which deals with quality in educational institutions.
11. Define – globalisation of education. Discuss in what way does it help our country.
