Explain VAT and Sales Tax. 8. What are the contents of Articles of Association? 9. Who is the Agent and Principal? 10. What is the significance of Cyber Laws?

11. (a) Discuss in detail the various essential features of a valid contract. Or (b) What are the rights o the unpaid seller, under the Sale of Goods Act 1930? 12. (a) State the various important essential elements of a Negotiable Instruments. Or (b) State and elaborate the important duties and rights of an agent. 13. (a) Explain the various kinds of Companies which are recognized by the Companies Act, 1956. Or (b) What are the different methods of winding up of public company? Explain each in brief. 14. (a) State and explain the provisions of the Factories Act, regarding the employment of young persons and women in the Industries. Or (b) Explain the various machineries that exist under the Industrial Disputes Act, for the prevention, settlement and adjudication of Industrial disputes. 15. (a) Discuss the various direct and indirect taxes, with suitable examples. Or (b) Who is a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act? What are the rights of the consumer?
