BIOLOGY
Time allowed : 3 Hours Maximum Marks :70
Candidates are required to give their answers in their own words as far as possible.
Marks allotted to each question are indicated against it.
You must write question paper series in the circle at top left side of the page of your answer
book.
Special instructions :
1. While answering your questions, you must indicate on your answer book the same
question No. as appears in your question paper.
2. Do not leave blank page / pages in your answer book.
3. All the questions are compulsory and are divided into four sections.
An internal choice has been made in 3 questions of 2 marks, 2 question of three
marks and 2 (two) questions of five marks. Attempt only one of the choices in such
questions.
4. Question Nos 1 to 5 are of one mark each. There are total 7 multiple choice questions.
(MCQ). 5 out of 7 are in Section A and remaining 2 are in Section D.
5. Questions 6 to 15 are of two marks each. Answer them in 20-30 words.
6. Questions 16 to 25 are of three marks each. Answer them in 30-60 words.
7. Questions 26 to 28 are of five marks each. Answer them in 80-120 words.
