PART – A (20 X 2 = 40 Marks)

Answer ALL the Questions

1. Compare dejure standard and defacto standard.

2. Give a disadvantage of each type topology.

3. Why was OSI model developed?

4. A periodic composite signal with a bandwidth of 3000Hz is composed of two sinne waves. The first one has a frequency of 500Hz with a maximum of 30 Volts and the second one has a maximum of 10 Volts. Draw the frequency spectrum.
