9. What are security market? Explain its characteristics and functions. 10. Discuss the impact and role of information technology in securities market. 11. "Stock dividends and stock splits have no effect on the value of a company"-Critically comment. 12. List some of the SEBI reforms on stock exchanges. 13. Give an account of the most popular stock exchange indices. 14. Explain in detail about the composition and construction of BSE national index. 15. Discuss in detail about the methods of Trading.
