2. Highlight the characteristics of HRP.
3. Write the importance and needs of training and development programme.
4. Discuss about the various job evaluation systems.
5. Explain the safety measures that are commonly used in industries.
6. What are the objectives of Personnel Research and Personnel Audit?
7. Define bonus and differentiate bonus with profit sharing.


PART B — (4 ? 15 = 60 marks)
Answer any FOUR questions.

8. Discuss the personnel policies and principles.
9. Briefly discuss about the importance of Job analysis and Job Design.
10. State and discuss various selection process.
