9. A owner of free hold property has agreed to provide a lift in the property. The tenants have agreed to maintain the left and to allow some increase in rent. Work out the increase in rent from the following data.
Cost of lift ………. Rs.68,640/-
Estimated life of lift ……25 years.
Y.P allowing interest on capital at 6½% and reclemption of capital at 4½% for 25 years is 11.44.
