Andhra University - Master of Business Administration (MBA) MANAGEMENT PROCESS AND ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOUR Full Time - 1st Semester Time: 3 hours Max Marks: 100
1. Section A consist of EIGHT short answers questions out of which the candidate has to answer any FOUR questions. Each answer shall not exceed 1 page each.
2. Section B consists of FOUR questions. Each question consists of either (a) or (b) choice. The answer for each question shall not exceed 5 pages each.
3. Section C consist of a case

Section - B (4x15 = 60 marks)
2. a. Compare and contrast the contributions made by Frederic Taylor and Henry Fayol.

b. What is Neo-classical theory? Explain some of the main contributions made by the contributors of Neo-Classical Theory.
3. a. Planning is bridging the gap between where we are to where we want to go. - Discuss and Explain the nature and purpose of planning

4. a. Delegation is the vehicle for decentralization - comment.

b. Compare the motivation theories of Abraham Gaslow and Fredirick Heryberg.
5.a. Explain the meaning and scope of Organizational Behavior.

Case can be from any four units of the syllabus and it should not exceed two pages.
