2. Explain the right against exploitation.
3. What is preventive detention?

8. What are the limitations of the doctrine of equal protection?

10. Discuss the restrictions imposed in the exercise of the following :

(b) Freedom to form associations or unions.
(c) Freedom to practice any profession or occupation.
11. Describe the right to equality with regard to :
(a) Prohibitions against discrimination.
(b) Equality of opportunity.
(c) Abolition of untouchability.
12. Write the meaning of fundamental rights. Explain the importance of fundamental rights.
13. What is a writ? Explain the various writs mentioned in the constitution of India.
14. Explain the provisions regarding protection of life and personal liberty as per Article 21 of the constitution.
15. Explain the critical evaluation of the fundamental rights.
