3. Discuss the Geo political dimensions in business environment.

5. What is mean by buy back shares?
6. Explain Articles of Association .
7. Discuss the power of inspectors under Factories Act ,1948.
8. Write short notes on works committee.
PART B –(5 x 10=50 marks)
Answer any FIVE out of the following
9. Explain the various levels of environment and its dynamics.
10. Discuss the future of Indian Capital Market.
11. When is a contract said to be discharged ?
12. State the general principles of Life Insurance.
13. Explain the powers and duties of Chairman.
14. Explain the process of re-issue of debentures.
15. Discuss the stages of fixing minimum wages.
16. State the rules as the distribution of compensation under the Workmen’s Compensation Act.
PART C –(1 x 20=20 marks)
17. Case Study:
(a) A Public Company forfeited 100 shares , re-issued them and thereby earned a surplus of Rs. 2,500 .The Company did not file a return of allotment to the register in respect of these shares .Has the company contravened any provision of the Company Act?
(b) The working hours including rest interval of a women employed in a factory have been fixed from 2 pm to 11 pm .Are the working hours valid? Give reasons for the answer.
