4. Explain the concept of priority sector lending.
5. Narrate the features of 20 point Programme.

7. What is a Lead Bank scheme?
8. What are the functions of DIC.
PART B — (4 × 15 = 60 marks)
Answer any THREE questions from Question No. 9 to Question No. 14 and Question No. 15 is compulsory.

10. Discuss the role of Commercial banks in rural lending.
11. Explain the progress and problems of credit planning at the gross root level.
12. Elaborate the role of banks in providing self employment to educated unemployed youth.

14. Discuss the role of SIDBI in supporting rural development.
15. Elaborate the schemes offered by KVIC.
