3. What are the main features of ‘Branch layout’?
4. Is discriminating pricing applicable for bank products?
5. What are the dynamics of personal promotional efforts?
6. Give an account of training programme for bankers.
7. How far ‘Customer Relations Management’ applicable to bank marketing?
8. Justify the need for marketing managers in commercial banks.
PART B — (4 × 15 = 60 marks)

9. Discuss ‘SWOT – analysis’ from bankers point of view.
10. Write in detail the importance of Marketing Information System in the banking services.
11. State and explain the different processes for the development of product in the banking services.

14. Identify and explain the important components of promotion mix for bank marketing.
