Q.6 a. Write various specific features of Windows operating system. (8)

b. What do you understand of multitasking and time sharing of system? (8)
Q.7 a. What type of softwares are used for specific application? Explain any one example. (8)

b. What is the purpose of CONFIG.SYS and AUTOEXEC.BAT file. (8)

Q.8 a. What is mail merge? Write the steps to be followed in mail merge? (8)

b. Write applications and advantages of Spread Sheet? (8)

Q.9 a. Write down the steps of inserting a formula in an EXCEL spread sheet. Which are the mathematical operators, used in Excel’s formula? (8)
