3. Describe the various facets of Project Appraisal.

5. What is CPM? State its features.

7. How is a project evaluated under uncertainty?
8. Write a detailed note on ‘Resource Scheduling’.
PART B — (4 ? 15 = 60 marks)

10. Outline the role of consultants in various feasibility studies.
11. Suggest the ways and means of managing risks in a tourism project.
