1.Explain the construction of a multilayer inductor.
2.Describe the effect of temperature on conductivity of an intrinsic semiconductor.
3.Explain the pinch-off condition in a JFET.
4.A centre tapped full wave rectifier has the following specifications: Secondary voltage of transformer is 6-0-6V Forward resistance of each diode =20ohm Load resistance=1K ohm Calculate RMS value of output voltage and current.
5.How will you fix the operating point on the output characteristics of a CE amplifier?
6.Draw the symbol of an Exclusive- OR gate. Explain its working with the help of truth table. How this can be used as an inverter.

8.Mention the applications of RADAR ?
9.What is freguency reuse in mobile communication? Explain.
10.What are the parts in an optical fibre? Draw the cross section of a fibre.

15. a) Derive the voltage gain of a non-inverting amplifier using OP-AMP. b) In an inverting amplifier using OPAMP, Rf = 500K ohm, R1 = 125 K ohm,Vi = 2V. Find the output voltage.
