7. Provident fund scheme to employees is a good scheme. Discuss.
8. Given an account of various factors affecting the living conditions of employees.
9. List out the Dimensions of Q. W. L.

Answer any three questions in details. Each question carries 15 marks. (3x15=45)

b) Discuss the effects of Alcoholism and Drug abuse in industries.
11. Give an account of various types of fringe benefits offered to the employees.
12. List out the objectives, requirements and type of counseling. Discuss.
13. List out and discuss the industries involving Hazardous process under Factories Act 1948.
14. Discuss the merits and demerits of labour welfare and social security measures adopted in different organizations.
