Instructions: 1) Answer all questions as directed. 20 Ansers should be written completely either in kannada or in English.

1. Explain the rise and fall of Protuguese power in India. 2. Examine the land revenue policy of the British in India. 3. Describe the socio-religious reform movement of the 19th Century. 4. Give an account of Indian National Movement betwen 1919-1947.
