1. Answer any three of the following in 5 to 10 sentences each. (5x3=15)
a. What are Women's studies?
b. What is gender?
c. State the concern's of liberal feminism.
d)State the reasons for the emergence of Women's Movement.
e) What is 'Feminity' and 'Masculinity'?
II. Answer any three of the following in 15 to 20 sentences each. (10 x 3 = 30)
1. What are the problems of women in India?
2. Explain the key concerns of Women's studies.
3. Give an account of the process of gender socialisation in India.
4. Sex is biological while gender is a social construct. Discuss.
5. Examine the neative sterotypes concerning women.
III. Answer any three of the following in not exceeding three pages each. (15 x 3 = 45)
1. What are the diferent types of feminism? Examine.
2. Describe the criticism feminists have mae of sociology.
3. Write an essay on the Women's Movement in India.
4. Trace the development of women's studies in Indian Universities.
5. Describe the recent trends in Women's Movement.
