6. What is Competition Act ? State its objectives.
7. Briefly explain the nature and scope of Business Law.

9. List out various types of contracts under each classification.

13. Write a short notes on each of the following :

c) Industrial designs
d) Trade marks
e) TRIPS (Trade Related Aspects of Intellectual Properties).
14. State the purpose of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 and describe the functions, jurisdictions and consumption of Consumer redressal forum.
