There is a 5 (five) year time limit to complete the course after course acadamic year is completed. Please approach university as early as possible as it looks like you are at the last moment.

Hello Lohith,
As you are more concerned about whether your wife can take her uncompleted/pending subjects again, so the answer for this is yes. As you have mentioned her graduation is supposed to be completed in 2005, so it's approximately 4 + years. Request you to immediately contact the concerned university for further details.
Your second question is about the course syllabus which has changed within these years. She is eligible to write exam as per the new syllabus. After successful completion of her pending papers your wife will get her Graduation certificate as per the standards. Once the candidate receives his/her mark sheets, they can apply for their certificate by paying some minimal amount of Rs. 250 in favor of university name.
Hope this information will help.
Thanks and Regards, Ratnesh
