hi,
This is a big pain which seems to be simple but very painful which can't explain in words ,because i am also suffering from this only.
i got this type of pain at the time of my examination then i used to take some rest &after that i continue my study,after my exams i went to my doctor he speds and it got reduced later. so don't take any medicines with out doctors prescription because dont take any risk with your life
