Dear suhag,

Rematerialization of shares is just reverse of Dematerialization. Here you convert your dematerialized shares into physical shares.

The process is also just reverse to that:
1) The beneficiary fills up the form and submits it to its Depository Participants (DP). It is called Rematerialization Request Form.
2) Then DP intimates it to the company for further process.
3) The company then verifies the member and updates it in its register.
4) The company then prints the certificate and despatches the same to the beneficiary's address.
