BE/B.Tech study requires good mathematics base. So that colleges conduct entrance test for selection. All most all good colleges in India give admission on the basis of entrance tests. So try to attend any entrance test and get a good rank.
This will help to get a good college. Non accredited colleges normally give you direct admission. In my opinion, don't try to join these colleges.
In my knowledge, there are no such good colleges which give you admission on the basis of 12 marks. So please try to attend a test and if you didn't get test, then try to join by direct admission.

Well most of the universities have their separate entrance exam or a common entrance exam like IIT, AIEEE etc. Any university that takes you for BE/B.Tech will also look at your 12th marks along with the entrance exam.
There is only such university which only considers your 12th marks for giving admission in B.E/B.Tech it is Shastra University which is located in Tamil Nadu.

Glad to here you are interested in engineering. Admissions to most of the engineering colleges in India is ased on any of the entranc exam. For example if you want to get into an IIT, you should write an IIT entrance exam and must secure a high rank. Likewise all engineering colleges refer to an entrance exam.
But if you have a good percntage in +2 and is willing to pay a worthy fees then you can go fore management seats in any self financing colleges.
The fees will vary for different colleges and different courses. Hope you will make a good choice.
