Steps:
1.) Click on Start button.
2.) Click on Run option.
3.) Type services.msc .
4.) Click on OK button.
5.) Double-click Task Scheduler.
6.) Select the Startup type you want.

Hi Kamal,
This is a procedure to disable any start up program:
Start Button > Run > Type "msconfig" and press ok > Go to Startup tag > Check all the programs you want at Start up and uncheck all the programs you don't want at the Startup.

These are the steps: Start>Run>services.msc>OK. Double-click Task Scheduler and select the Startup type you want. If you also want to prevent Win2000/XP from scanning shared files for scheduled tasks, read: Speed up access to network shares.
