    Hi

If you want to do a MSC-IT regular/full time course then you should be from science background or from computers back ground like BSc or BCA etc.

You have to clear the Common entrance test conducted by the university or the state and based on the merit you can choose a college.

If you are not from science background and still want to pursue you can do from a distance learning facility like IGNOU offering MCA or many other universities which offer correspondence courses

you should hold a bachelor degree
2.if that bachelor degree is B.Sc(computers) it is more useful for your career.
    3.you should write I-CET for doing M.C.A or M.B.A
    4.For M.Sc(IT) you should qualify in AU-CET
5.this is the eligibility for M.Sc(IT) and M.C.A

    Regrads

MCA is well recognised by software industry so its best to choose at current scenario. If you option M.sc IT you can but you will face tough competition from MCA graduates.
