Paralysis curable or incurable?

If one women is caused by paralysis and her left side hand & leg are affected one year later. But other things/parts are normal. Is there any chance to recover her hand and leg? Is it cure or not?

Paralysis is worldwide the most common cause of disability and death. The Psychoplasty (psyche inducted brain cell plasticity) technique has been tested and proven success rate of 60% to 70%.
