Pimples or Acne are caused by hormonal changes in the body. This is the reason that many teenagers during and after puberty experience a lot of acne. Some adults also have heavy acne and this can be due to hormonal problems or due to inflammation.
First you must determine whether it is due to hormonal changes or inflammation. This can be done by a doing a blood profile.From your name I assume you are a male, so your blood work should test for testosterone. An endocrinologist or even a dermatologist will help you get a blood profile done.If there are any problems you need to consult a doctor and take treatment.
You should also do a CRP blood test, CRP stands for C-Reactive Protein in the blood and measures the level of inflammation in your body. If you CRP is high then your inflammation is the reason for Acne.
Inflammation can be be reduced with proper nutritious diet and regular exercise. You will find a lot of improvement in weeks.
To treat the pimples right away apply Persol- a Benzol Peroxide 2.5 cream in the nights and Clindamycin Phosphate cream during the day time.These are antibiotic creams which reduce pimples. But to treat them in the long run you need to visit a doctor and find out which of the above two causes it is and take treatment appropriately.

Pimples are so common in any of the human. But the intensity it differs from person to person, but at the same time it depends on the hormonal balance as well as blood purity.For this there is small home remedy i can suggest you, but it can help you depends on certain factors of your body conditions too. I suggest you give it a try, may be it works for you.I am suggesting you two remedies. 1. Take few leaves of Tulasi, paste them and take the juice of residue, apply that juice daily night before you go to sleep on the pipmple affected area, it shows impact definitely in a couple of days. 2. In this too its the same as 1st one, but here you will be using Carrot juice, it also works best, at the sametime it should suit to your body, then it goes fine in clearing pimples.All the best to you, glad for been of help to your problem.

i think you need to be more careful now you should take the right diet and avoid the oily food try to go for gym in the morning regularly.. this problem continuous till the age of 21-22 don't worry consult right doctor and take care of yourself.

Hey there,
Pimples are not as simple as people with age take them. Let me tell you that when I was of 15 I used to get many pimples but they were very small and medium sized. Now I do not get any more pimples but some of my friends still continue to get these pimples and that too bigger ones as you mentioned.
Let me proclaim one thing very clearly that occurrence of these acne depends on many things.They are-- 1) Nature of skin a: oily b: dry 2)Diet 3)Age 4)Whether you do exercise or not 5)Surprisingly even on the complexion if the skin a: fair b: not fair c:other types 6)Stress level 7)thinking a: Positive b: Negative 8)There are other issues which I would like to discuss with you online if you are really ready.May be this can be done through gtalk or gmail chat.
Anyways till then you can resort to these measures:->
1) Always wash your face with cool water.Use dettol/lux/dyna(pink)/margo/pearl/dove/breeze soap. 2)Do not scrub your face while drying it with a towel. 3)"At your own risk,you can use the cream "Clearasil" for good results. Read the cream manual first and then use it the way it is asked. You can also go for "Retino-A". Do not use both these creams together." 4)Eat lot of salad, cucumber and tomatoes are a must, no onion. 5)Drink lot of water and make sure that you urinate according to the water intake. 6) Stop eating any kind of fast food if you are used to it. These are really spoiling your blood quality. 7) Eat Tulsi leaves........ at least three in a day. Pluck them early in the morning and wash them properly before you consume them.

Dear Ankit, This is very common problem mostly occur in teenagers.Reason could be Hormonal,Inflamation ,Unhygiene Condition, Junk and Fried Food intake, Stress ,Oily Skin is most prone to pimples.Indigestion ,Constipation, Irregular Menstural History.
You should keep some important things in your mind to get rid of this. First Wash your face with Cleansers thrice in a day. Before retiring bed apply ice cubes wrap in cotton cloth or cotton.pat your face and left it overnight with cucumber juice.This will dry the pimples.
2.Apply facepack which contains herbal and natural ingerdients such as papaya ,cucumber, clay, oat, apricoat, Almond or tulsi oil twice in a week.
3.To reduce inflamation you can have blood purifier tablets and syurps such as Neem Capsule -2 twice daily ,Safi syurup 2tsf mix with water take twice in aday.
4.Most important is Avoid overeating ,and junk foods, Sodas, Chocolates.
5.Drink Vit C juice twice in a day .
6. Make sure you get regular bowel in a day .If you suffer from indigestion or constipation get proper treatment and improve your diet habits.You can have Trifala powder 1-2tsf in night time with warm water before going to bed. This helps in soften the stool and improves the digestion. 7.In girls problem get worse in periods .They should take Ashokarishta and blood purifier agents.

Its a teenage issue ~ wait these will disppear automatically. Avoid Coffee, choclate and the other thing creating heat in your boy ~ eat vagitables ~ un cooked vagitables. Dont take any medicine. Maximum you can do is to use creams / oinments only. As intake medicines have negative effects on your health as well.

There are some step to avoid pimple step 1 Wash face 2-3 times daily. Step 2 Use a gentle, water-soluble cleanser and tepid water. Step 3 Apply a medicated cream, such as benzoyl peroxide, to potential problem areas. Step 4 Use non-come androgenic moisturizers and makeup. Step 5 Avoid over moisturizing the skin. Use the lightest-weight moisturizer necessary. Step 6 Use a mud mask once a week to clean out pores. Step 7 Try a medicated refining mask that cleanses and corrects problem skin. Step 8 Wash makeup brushes and sponges frequently to minimize dirt and bacteria.
This Remedy will work slowly but if you have patience then i am sure you will be pimple free. Regards Devesh

Hi friend
I could understand what you feel.Pimples are big problem when it appears on a face that too for girls.We feel it spoils our beauty and feel shy to face others and our friends even keep criticising us well
I will give you the best idea.
1.Apply neem oil on your face and sleep.If your face is oily dont try.Just try this for two days .If you feel comfortable you continue this else go for second option
2.Mix turmeric powder with paal adu(the white layer which comes out from boiled milk) and then apply it on your face for ten minutes .Do this every day .
3.Use sandal powder mixed with rose water and apply it on your face.
4.Use dettol soap coz its doctor prescribed.
5.Use seperate towel and soap for ur sake. 6.apply neem leaves grind it and apply it on hair.Let it dry for an hour .Then take hair bath.This will reduce dandruffs which is the main cause for pimples

A flawless face is everyone’s dream. But one cannot achieve it overnight. At the same time one can also achieve it easily if one follows certain routine. Here are some tips towards the achievement of a flawless face:
1. Drink at least six glasses of water a day. 2. Wash your face twice a day with some mild soap, if it be herbal much better. 3. Eat at least one or two carrots a day. Never two much of it is advised. 4. Have salads at least twice or thrice a week, if possible daily. Make the salad sumptuous with sprouted green-gram, carrots, tomatoes, cucumber, fresh coconut gratings, fresh snake-gourd, fresh coriander leaves, basil leaves, curry leaves, fresh baby onions [if possible] and fresh curd. 5. Have lots of fruits especially oranges. 6. Apply a face - pack prepared with - 1/2 tsp multani mitti, 1/2 tsp besan, 2 tsp fresh milk [never use boiled-milk], 3 to 4 drops of Gulabri, 3 to 4 drops of lemon juice, and 1 drop of glycerine. Keep it for ten minutes and wash thoroughly. See that this face pack is applied in the night just before you go to sleep. After you remove the face-pack and wash your face thoroughly, see that you don't apply anything on the face; let the pores breathe fresh air. 7. Apply Kumkumadi - thailam over face especially on the pimple. 8. Milk prepared by adding Kesar is also good for the complexion. 9. Milk prepared by adding elaichi, basil, and jaiphal [a very small corn] is yet another alternative. 10. See that turmeric is regularly included in cooking.

Pimples are mostly appears on the oily face. If you want to avoid pimples avoid eating oily and spicy foods and wash your face properly.

first of all we should agree that pimples is a normal phenomenen it occurs due to blokage of sebaceous duct by debris so one should keep his or her face clean wash your face atleast 2 -3 times a day ure antibacterial cream when pimple occurs
