    Is noodles a healthy diet or unhealthy diet?

    What are the side effects did noodles bring if we take it regularly.

    Dear Alifbay,

    Noodles is basically a carbohydrate. Carbohydrates are essential for a our body. But excess carbohydrates will be converted by our body into sugar which if not utilized will deposit as fat in our body.

    But if Noodles are eaten in proper portions it is not harmful.

    Secondly you should consider with what ingredients the noodles are made up of. These days you get high quality multigrain and or whole wheat noodles. Even the famous Maggi Noodles sells "Atta Noodles" which are made of wheat. If you consume too much maida or white flour noodles then it may not be a very healthy option.

    Thirdly you should always make your noodles healthy, by combing protein and essentials fats along with the carbohydrates. This can be done by adding protein rich eggs, chicken or meat and lots of vegetables like carrots, beans, peas,mushrooms etc according to your taste and likeness. For oil use good heart healthy oils like Olive Oil, Sesame oil instead of butter.

    All these put together will make a healthy, tasty and sumptuous meal.

    as per my friend sugest you,
    Noodles contain only carbohydrate,
    if you will add salad it means tomato, onions, carrots,
    beats, green vegitable without fry, it gives all nutrition
    to your body.

    please note that if you mean chinese Noodles,
    We are just try one or more time not be addicted,
    it may harm to health.

    hai friend in this techno world we are practicing many bad habits.Eating in FAST FOODS stands first in it.Who said noodles is healthy. It's just a marketing tactics that's all. there is nothing in noodles. i agree you will get some energy (vitamins, carbohydrates) but the ingredients with noodles spoils our health. sometimes in shop they will salts & ajinomotto which will result in great health hazards. the chemical used to prepare ajinomotto is MONO SODIUM GLUTAMATE which is not good foe health. do you why they are using it because to create tastiness in noodles and food items.....

    Noodles gives the Carbohydrates to our body which is also a part of required energy nutrition to our body.
    But, at the same time noodles also causing various kind of helath problems like improper digestion.
    Whether noodles are good or bad for the health is depends upon the type of noodles we are purchasing and depends upon the way of preparing the noodles.
    There are variety companies providing the noodles to the customers.
    Among all of them, in my view atta noodles by any of the brand is better in compared with other kind of noodles.
    Let's go for the way of preparation. Noodles can be a great health hajardous if we wont clean them with water twice before cooking. Because noodles consists of wax, which is a dangerous material that our body cannot digest it.
    So, be cautious while preparing the noodles. Happy Eating.

    taste reflects from its name..If u prepare noodles at your home with good oil, fresh vegetables than its not that harmful if consumed once or twice a month but more than that can cause you some ill effects.
    1. Constipation.
    2.Excess Cough formation.


    If you are eating it from vendors then you are yourself causing harm to your health.

    Accordingly noodles are very healty as they are made of wheat
    they have rich Fibre contents in them and they help u to be active and u get proper contents of nutrition and carbohydrates in that.
    And consuming noodles should not be done all times in the day
    it may cause some disorders
    Noodles can be consumed by the fat persons who maintain diet
    it helps to reduced fat like oats
    and it should be washed properly
    rice noodles are far better than atta noodles
    as rice has prtiens in it
    and noodles are fat free

    Noodles is not a healthy diet. Noodles made of rice and cooked with vegetables can be said healthy. But noodles are not made of rice grains now. It makes unnecessary weight if eaten more.

    People thinks noodles are not good for health, but it can be beneficial if you made it with the vegetables. Now a days, many companies launched the 'atta noodles' with vegetables. So don not think it is harmful for your child. But by using vegetables in noodles you make it good for your child health. Moreover, children dislike the vegetables but with noodles they like it. Thus it is a good solution for them.

    Noodles by itself is not harmful. The masala that comes with noodles has some unwanted ingredients which may cause problems to our health. So just buy the plain noodles and use home made masalas and add some onions, Tomatoes, vegetables, curry leaves and coriander and then add a teaspoon full of Tomato sauce and soya sauce you will get a nice home made noodles. This would be both delicious and healthy. There is one more thing like noodles called Spaegati is available which when garnished with the above ingredients is tastier than noodles.

    Noodles contain carbohydrates which are essential for our body...so its not harmful to some extend.
    It can be made beneficial and tasty by adding a lot of vegetables to it.
    Moreover rice noodles and atta noodles are better than maida or white flour noodles.

    Noodles contains carbohydrates which can be used instead of rice and wheat. Prepare noodles at your home itself and have. Buy plain noodle which is made of rice of wheat. Strictly avoid maida noodles. Prepare with very less oil. have it with any dishes as you like. Noodles consumed from restaurant is unhealthy because it contain huge amount of oil and it is made of maida.

    Noodles is only gives you a carbohydrate. This carbohydrates are Main thing for our body. But these carbohydrates will be converted into fat in our body.

    If you eat Noodles two days per week. You will not cause from any side effects.

    Nowadays even a small child loves Noodles to eat. Everyone whose goes to hotels or any restaurants they will love to eat Noodles. In noodles there are many types of noodles like egg noodles, chicken noodles,etc.,

    In some home they will make noodles by adding eggs, chicken and some of the vegetables like carrots, beans, peas,mushrooms etc., according to your taste and likeness. For oil use good heart healthy oils like Olive Oil, Sesame oil.The Gold winner oil is best to use. Mostly all of them using Gold winner oil.

    In my home too they will make noodles one day per week. But they will not add Non-vegetarian items like chicken or egg. They will add the vegetables like beans, peas,etc.,

    Noodles is very tasty and yummy. Best moment to eat noodles in rainy days. When raining we can eat as much as hot noodles that will brings to the heaven.

    YES ITS TRUE CONSUMING DAILY NOODLES IS HARMFUL FOR OUR BODY as our body requires different types of vitamins, calories, carbohydrates, minerals, proteins for daily routine.

    Noodles provide carbohydrates but consuming daily noodles is creating problem of excess carbohydrates which in result arise problem of weight gain,daibeties or sugar so eating noodle once in a week is not so harming our body but daily consuming daily is not good for our body so keep the noodles away keep the doctor away

    BUT THERE are some local companies also which makes noodles and consuming that nooodle which is not hygenic and of good quality.

    noodles is a healthly diet if its consumed in a light manner .natural noodles are very healthy because you can get protiens,carbohydrates and essential fat from these noodles .But our package noodles are harmful when they are consumed in excess because they are artificially synthesized o give better taste,color and appearence.thus eatting packaged noodles in excess unhealthly
