Reset the password. Generate the request number which starts with " P "
Call up your branch and give them the "P" number
Get the thumbs up from them
Login next time, you will be asked to choose your new password

I would like to tell you one thing. Keep all your important passwords very safe. Don't try more than 3 times. Then 24 hrs you can operate your account. You just click forgot password link. They ask you to reset your password. Then you will get one number. Get the number and contact your branch. They will help you to access your online account. And you can change your password. Keep it safe.

This is recommended that if you forgot your password then you should not try for more than three times. You should need to contact customer care. Only they can reset the password or issue new password and they can send it to your address.
Always keep you password memorized and never write the banking password on notebook.
Also you can visit Trouble Logging in and then select Forget My Password option and press button Next Step.
