Wi-Fi which is called Wireless Fidelity, it is based on the radio waves to access internet.
But Wireless Internet may include other technologies which all provides internet access without use of wires such as.
Microwaves Signals.
Bluetooth Technology also allows the internet access without wires but it may not consider as a Wi-Fi.

Difference Between Wifi and Wireless
Wifi ---> Service.
Wireless ---> Application.
With Wireless device we can conncet to Wireless internet.
With Wifi we can conncet to Wireless via AP or wireless router.
