If you want to get information through RTI, you have to go to concerned department/office.
Eg: If you want to get information from your Public Service Commission, first you have to go there or know that you can post or e-mail.

1. In department, there will be one officer, called Public Information Officer. You have to apply at Public Relation Officer. You will get information.

2.If you could not get proper information or your application is rejected, you have to go to Appelate Officer. You will get information here.

3.If you are not satisfied with provided information or your application is rejected then you have to go for second appeal. you have to submit application to Chief Information Commissioner in concerned states.
