I am also suffering from sever neckpain. later I have consulted a allopathic doctor and he confirmed by seeing MRI scan that I have been associated with cervical spondylosis. He advised me to take Homeopath treatment. I am now under homeopathic treatment. So please consult your local doctor and find the reason for the neckpain and get proper treatment.
BESIDES THIS,
if you are sitting before computer more than a hour, change yourself by walking slightly from the computer for 5 minutes. or make a habit of taking a glass of water every one hour (this is advised by a ortho doctor of chennai)which makes us to move from the workspot for 5 minutes.
