Hi,
House Registration fees are different in urban and rural areas. You have not mentioned your place of residence and not mentioned your state at where you lives . House registration fee will be applicable by the state of your house and the area you are living If you lives in a village then the registration fee will be different such as in Municipality , Municipal corporation and Metropolitan City . For the change such as increase or decrease in registration fees you follow your local news papers or you can contact the registration office you will get the necessary information .
